Western Water Treatment undertakes the project on a turnkey basis which includes site fabrication and erection contracts of installation and manufacturing of process equipment. Following activities are carried out during plant operation and maintenance:
1.Monitoring the operational parameters round the clock and all the days in the year.
2.Collecting the samples and testing.
3.Preventive maintenance as per schedule/check list.
4.Recording the maintenance in the respective record sheets.
5.Checking the safety devices/record in requirement with the help of our labours.
6.The operators shall be meeting in accordance with the requirement of statutory norms.
7.Our team to achieve better quality of effluent discharge as per government norms.
8.Qualified manpower will be arranged for taking care of above operations.
All the above operations are 24 hours, 365 days.

The bottle filling machine, we have capacities ranging from 40 bottles/min. to 200 bottles/min. The material of construction is SS 304 for the frame and outer panel. All wetted parts are in SS 316.
The human machine interface is PLC with touch screen control that makes the machine user-friendly.
